How We Work?

From Preparation to Perfect Finish

We follow a professional step-by-step process to ensure every tiling and waterproofing project is properly prepared, carefully installed and finished to a high standard.

1. Site Inspection & Planning

We inspect the area, discuss your requirements and assess the existing surfaces, layout, drainage and project conditions.

2. Surface Preparation

We remove existing tiles where required, clean and prepare the substrate, repair imperfections and ensure the surface is suitable for the next stage.

3. Floor Preparation & Screeding

Where required, we level and prepare the floor and install screeding with the appropriate falls towards drainage points.

4. Waterproofing

Wet areas are prepared and waterproofed using suitable waterproofing systems, with careful attention to corners, joints, penetrations and drainage areas.

5. Tile Layout & Installation

We plan the tile layout before installation, then install wall and floor tiles with accurate alignment, consistent joints and appropriate adhesives.

6. Grouting

Once the tiles are properly set, we apply suitable grout to create clean, durable and consistent joints.

7. Silicone Sealing

We seal required corners, junctions, movement areas and wet-area connections with suitable flexible sealant for a neat and professional finish.

8. Final Inspection & Clean-Up

We check the completed work, ensure the finishes are clean and tidy, remove construction waste and leave the area ready for use.

Quality at Every Stage

From the first surface preparation to the final silicone joint, we focus on quality workmanship, accurate installation and attention to detail.
